The Last Dance – School Disco Through the Decades

Join us for a special evening of memories, music, and celebration as we come together to celebrate the rich history of Wales High School during this exciting period of transformation.

The evening begins with a guided tour of the school, offering visitors the chance to revisit familiar spaces, explore the building's history, and hear stories from past and present members of the school community. Whether you're returning to old classrooms, retracing daily routes through the corridors, or discovering how the school has evolved over the years, the tour provides a unique opportunity to reconnect with the place that holds so many memories.

Following the tour (approximately 1 hour), guests are invited to continue the celebrations with a hot buffet, fully licenced bar and school disco event! Enjoy an evening of music, dancing, and nostalgia as former students, staff, parents, and friends of the school come together to share stories, catch up with old acquaintances, and celebrate the school's enduring legacy.

The event will end promptly at 10:30pm. Please ensure you have arranged transport home in advance and booked any taxis required.

  • Parking is available on site. Please report to Main Reception on arrival.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my tickets?
As soon as your payment is complete, your tickets are emailed to you along with a unique booking reference and a calendar invitation. There's nothing to collect and nothing to print unless you'd like to.
What do I need to bring on the day?
Just your booking reference. It's in your confirmation email and looks like WHS-XXXXX. Show it on your phone or bring a printout, and we'll check you in at the door.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken securely online by card when you check out. Your places are only confirmed once payment completes, so they're never held without being paid for.
What if I can no longer attend?
Please contact the school office as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please note that refunds are only available within 14 days of purchasing the ticket.
