Our new school is taking shape. When the doors open we want every classroom, every corridor, every space to be ready.
Proceeds from Buy a Brick go directly towards furnishings, furniture, classroom equipment: the things that turn a building into a school. By purchasing a brick you’re helping kit out the spaces our students will learn in for years to come.
Your name or a dedication of your choice will be permanently engraved on a real brick wall near the main entrance of the new building, as well as displayed here online. Current students, former pupils, proud parents, local businesses, staff past & present: this is your wall.

Buy a Brick is a fundraising campaign for Wales High School. You purchase a personalised brick that will be permanently displayed on a real wall near the main entrance of our new school building.
Every penny goes towards furnishing, equipping and kitting out our new school: classroom furniture, science lab equipment, library books, sports equipment and everything our students need from day one.
The wall is split into pricing bands. The most visible bricks, at eye level, cost a little more, while other bands are priced more accessibly. Hover any available brick to see its band and price before you commit.
Absolutely. You can purchase as many bricks as you like. Each one can have a different name or dedication.
Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s name or your chosen dedication when purchasing. It makes a great gift for leavers, retirees or anyone with fond memories of the school.
To keep the build practical, exact positions cannot usually be chosen. You choose a band and your brick is allocated randomly within it. The positions shown on the wall on this page, and on the physical wall, are for illustration only. The one exception is our gold VIP bricks, which are individually chosen and bought as the exact brick shown.
The wall will stand beside the visitor entrance of our new school building: 602 engraved bricks arranged in three bands. Standard at the top (viewed from a distance), Mid-Range at mid height (clearly visible), and Premium at eye level, the most prominent position.
Each brick is a standard 215mm × 65mm, engraved with up to two lines of 16 characters in lettering approximately 18mm tall. The final engraving style and format are being confirmed with the specialist engraving provider.
Payment is handled securely through our online shop. You can pay by card. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
