By purchasing a brick through the Wales High School Buy a Brick campaign, you agree to the following terms:
Content Moderation
Wales High School reserves the right to review all brick inscriptions before they are displayed. Any inscription deemed inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable for permanent display at a school will not be shown. This includes but is not limited to:
- Profanity, slurs or offensive language
- Advertising, business promotions or commercial content
- Political statements or campaigning
- Content that could cause distress to students, staff or visitors
- References to illegal activity
If your inscription is not approved, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
Display
Approved inscriptions will be displayed on the physical brick wall near the main entrance of the new school building, as well as on the online brick wall on our website. The school reserves the right to determine the final placement, size and format of all bricks on the physical wall.
Refunds
Refunds are available if your inscription is not approved. Once an inscription has been approved and the brick is in production, refunds cannot be offered. Please contact the school office if you need to discuss your purchase.
Use of Funds
All proceeds from the Buy a Brick campaign go towards furnishing, equipping and fitting out the new school building. This includes classroom furniture, equipment, resources and communal area furnishings.
Data
Your name, email address and order details will be processed in accordance with our school privacy policy. Your chosen brick inscription will be publicly displayed unless you opt to hide it from the online wall.
Changes
Wales High School reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the school website.
