Calling All Wales High Alumni and Community Performers!

We are looking for former students, staff, parents, carers and members of the local community to join us on stage for The West End Meets Wales High on Friday 14th May 2027 in The Grand Hall at Wales High School.

This exciting fundraising event will bring together talented performers from across the Wales High community to celebrate some of the most iconic songs from the world of musical theatre. Whether you're an experienced performer or simply enjoy singing and performing, we'd love to hear from you.

The evening will showcase the incredible talent within our school and wider community while raising funds for our Future Wales projects.

The West End meets Wales High - Buy Tickets Now!
An unforgettable evening featuring talented students, staff, and alumni of Wales High Community, showcasing iconic songs from ‘The West End.’

Doors will open at 6:00 PM, with performances beginning at 6:45 PM. Tickets on sale will include entry, delicious Street Food, and one free drink during the interval. A fully licensed bar will be available throughout the evening. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my tickets?
As soon as your payment is complete, your tickets are emailed to you along with a unique booking reference and a calendar invitation. There's nothing to collect and nothing to print unless you'd like to.
What do I need to bring on the day?
Just your booking reference. It's in your confirmation email and looks like WHS-XXXXX. Show it on your phone or bring a printout, and we'll check you in at the door.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken securely online by card when you check out. Your places are only confirmed once payment completes, so they're never held without being paid for.
What if I can no longer attend?
Please contact the school office as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please note that refunds are only available within 14 days of purchasing the ticket.

Children (under 16)
Students (valid student ID may be required)
OAPs (Over 65)
Qualifying Disability Entitlement
