Religious Studies at Key Stage 4
Our KS3 programme will have given the students the opportunity to build a wide skill set and a sound knowledge base of key topic areas within the subject. They will have developed skills of empathy, evaluation and analysis that are key skills needed at GCSE.
The subject is taught in mixed ability groups and can be broken down into four topics each year.
The Year 10 topics study two religions, Christianity and Islam and their beliefs and the Year 11 topics focus on moral and ethical themes.
Once students have studied all 8 topics they will begin a rigorous and extensive revision programme in preparation for their summer examinations.
