Our aim is to showcase the journey of this landmark project, which will deliver first-class, fit-for-purpose facilities and contribute to an exceptional student experience through high-quality learning environments. The page will also highlight opportunities to reconnect with the current building through a series of events, explore ways to donate, and discover how you can help shape the future of the school.

Help us furnish and equip our new school

As a school, we strive to continue to reinvest in our facilities and staff to provide for the changing needs of our students, staff and visitors to provide a first-class education experience, underpinned by financial sustainability.

School costs, however, have grown rapidly in recent years and by more than overall inflation. We face a range of immediate spending pressures including an increase in rising food, energy and equipment costs. In addition to this, repairs and maintenance needed to upkeep the current school buildings.

As we move closer to being 'site ready' to prepare for our new build in January 2026, the final date for completion will be April 2028. During these two years of construction, we will continue to face additional energy costs and repairs to the existing building. Although we feel unbelievably blessed that we are fortunate enough to have a full new rebuild to look forward to, it does pose us with an additional challenge around finding the funds for new furniture.

As it stands, we currently do not have all of the funds needed to furnish and equip the new building once the building works have been completed; and we are desperate not to have to move furniture and materials that are no longer fit for purpose.

This is where we are asking local businesses for their generous help.

We are seeking donations of all types, including:

  • Furniture: Desks, chairs, tables, and storage units
  • Learning Materials: Whiteboards, projectors, computers, books, and educational tools
  • Building Materials: Supplies such as paint, lighting, and flooring materials
  • Monetary Donations: Financial contributions to help us cover the costs of furnishing and equipping classrooms

Many businesses have already been in touch to offer their support, with donations of unwanted office furniture, one off sponsorship offers and other supplies.

A monetary donation from your business would enable us to purchase:

£35 A single classroom chair
£70 A single classroom table
£140 Two chairs and one table

Every donation, large or small, will make a direct impact on our students' educational environment and significantly enhance the interior of the new school.

To say thank you, we would be happy to acknowledge your generosity through our social media channels, website and newsletter.
