Core PE at Key Stage 5
KS5 Examination
The PE Dept offers three examination courses at Key Stage 5:
· A-Level Physical Education
· OCR Vocational Sport Double Award (2 A-Levels)
· OCR Vocational Sport Single Award (1 A-Level)
These courses further develop the specialist knowledge and understanding of students, in terms of the Sports Industry, Applied Medical Professions, Coaching, Teaching and a variety of other careers. This range of courses supports a variety of pathways, which enable all students to access further study in a subject they enjoy and allows entry to either University or Apprenticeship Routes beyond School.
