As someone who feels passionately about making a difference to the lives of young people, I bring an enthusiastic, honest and hard-working approach to my role as parent governor at Wales High School.
Having grown up in the local area and attended Wales High School myself, I have fond memories of those years, and in particular the educational opportunities I was offered.
With my own children now at Wales, I experience school from a parents’ perspective and value my role as parent governor.
As a parent governor, I show commitment to the long-term success of all pupils, as well as the school itself; determination to make a difference through effective governance; and dedication to working with all stakeholders to make Wales High School the best it can possibly be.
