The Connect@Wales Student Ambassador Scheme provides Wales High School students with the opportunity to volunteer to help deliver sports, fitness and other non-sport-related activities across the school and community.
What is the Connect@Wales Student Ambassador Scheme?
The Connect@Wales Student Ambassador Scheme is available to any Wales High School student, regardless of experience or age. Although some opportunities may require you to be of a certain age.
Through your commitment to the Connect@Wales Student Ambassador Scheme you will enhance your personal and professional development through volunteering, there may also be paid work, training and development opportunities.
By joining the Connect@Wales Student Ambassador Scheme you will be supporting the school with in-house and extracurricular activities, and our wider network with local community organisations who deliver meaningful projects for Wales High School community and beyond.
Engaging in sports, coaching and community opportunities while in education can also provide you with the skills employers are seeking.

Current Opportunities
Wales Flyers Trampolining Club Ambassador
We are looking for students who would like to gain experience working with our qualified professional trampoline coach in supporting our new community courses. As an ambassador, you will assist the coach with the lesson, setting up of equipment, health and safety and inductions for new members on a weekly basis.
The new sessions will take place on the following days throughout the school year.
Teens Trampolining Club (Ages 11 – 16) Thursday 5:45 – 6:45 pm
Pre-School Trampolining Club (Ages 3-6) Friday 4:15 – 4:45 – 4:45 – 5:15 pm
Children’s Trampolining Club (Ages 7-10) Friday 5:15 – 6:15 pm
Each session will be an hour long and take place weekly in term-time. You do not need to have any prior trampoline or gymnastics experience to get involved.
