BBC News School Report Day 2011
For the fifth consecutive year, Wales High's Y8 students once again took part in this year's BBC News School Report Day, creating video, audio and text-based news reports to a tight deadline.

Using lesson plans and materials from the BBC News website, and with support from BBC staff, teachers help students develop their journalistic skills to become School Reporters

It was a fantastic day, and the students produced a range of high quality work. They learned how to make sure their reports were clear, concise and correct as well as how to use a range of technology and software to edit their reports together.
