I’m the Creative Director for BBC Account. I lead a team of people who design how audiences register and sign in to access BBC products and services on TV, Mobile, Web, Car and smart speakers. Our team also plays a big role in shaping how the BBC use the data it has to deliver better experiences to audiences.
Since joining the BBC I’ve led teams who specialise in different types of digital design and worked across BBC News, Sport, iPlayer, Sounds and Bitesize. Before joining the BBC, I worked for a digital agency based in Sheffield and before that I was Company Manager for Sheffield-based Dead Earnest Theatre.
