The system is to allow colleagues to:

• exchange information, i.e. writing assignments for courses.
• get help/advice with moderation.
• offer courses a school cannot provide.
• contact with one another.

The system is not for:

• exchanging challenging students.
• working with external training providers.

Schools will need to exchange student information and follow the usual WRL procedures for external courses.  Schools will need to negotiate their own exchanges.
